For the rest of the month I’ll be taking part in ABC Family’s Jane By Design Style Challenge. The general gist is that all the participating bloggers are ‘interviewing’ for a blogger spot at Donovan Decker, the fashion company that Jane By Design revolves around. The new TV show will launch this January, so leading up to it we are given 7 different challenges to complete with our own personal flare.
Challenge one was to take a $50 gift card and shop for something unique. Easier said than done. I couldn’t pick just one great thing and it’s amazing how little $50 will get you when you are looking for something unique and not pedestrian. But I took all the inspiration I saw at boutiques on Newbury and turned it into great bargain buys with a creative bent.
