If you are anything like me, you wear sunglasses year round. Let’s be honest, the sun’s glare off crisp white snow can be more blinding than any summertime sun. And because sunglasses are a must all year round, I really like switching up my collection from time to time. A pair of Ray-Bans here, an occasional Dolce & Gabana there, mix in a little Oscar de la Renta or Vera Wang and you’ve got quiet the collection of pretty designer sunglasses to switch between.

But designer sunglasses are pricey and not something I can afford on a regular basis. That’s were Ditto comes in. Keep them as long as you like and then when you are ready for a new pair, head back to the site, pick a pair to swap in. The new pair will arrive at your house within a couple days. Pop the old pair back into the shipping bag, slap on the provided return label and then enjoy the new pair. For my first round, I got the Elizabeth and James Fairfax sunglasses. (They are the ones featured in these pics.) I loved the way these look and felt. Extra bonus, they were loose enough to wear all day and not give me a headache.

After that I swapped this pair of designer sunglasses out for a funky pair of Oscar de la Renta’s. They were a big stretch for me, but since I was renting them and not committing to them I felt much more comfortable taking the leap to try this unique style. In the end, I really don’t think they are a good fit for me, but it was great to give it a go.

Now I’ve got this pair of Victoria Beckham sunnies heading my way, hopefully arriving this afternoon. The red-reflective sunglasses are another style stretch for me, but if I’m not committing to the full price tag and can swap them after a couple days, it’s a pretty easy choice to give it a try and see what would work.
