Just before the school year let out the weather finally turned nice enough to wear some of my actual summer dresses. I decided to wear this blue and white polka dots dress that last week, since it is also one of the first dresses I wore at the start of the school year. Nothing like book-ending the year with a great dress, styled two different ways. (You can check out the original school styling here.)

This is one of those Karina dresses, that I used to gush about all the time, and rightly so because they are dresses that fit well, are easy to wear and are always flattering too. While I don’t have a lot of navy-based things in my closet, since I tend to be more focused on black and all the things that work with that, this dress fits surprisingly well with the other things (shoes, scarves, accessories) in my wardrobe.

Plus, I love that is has sleeves which means I don’t need to worry about making it work appropriate, which is always a serious bonus.
