What I’m Eating on Shaklee180

I can’t believe that as of April 4th, I will have been doing the Shaklee180 program for a month! Wow, how quickly time flies.

As promised… here is a little vlog post on what I’m eating while doing the Shaklee180 Turnaround Blogger Program. Stay tuned for future video posts with updates on the program, the shakes and my progress. Next time I should clean my desk better so the video doesn’t include my wide variety of paperwork clutter. Sorry.

    I actually like that you can choose 2 scoops with ingredients, or 3 scoops with milk/soy base. I agree, it’s more fun to make a smoothie, but sometimes we just don’t have the ingredients, and not having the option might lead to cheating!

    I love how honest you are in this review! It’s really refreshing. I am with you though, I would have to make smoothies. I am not a big fan of weight loss shakes or protein shakes in milk or water.
