I can’t believe that as of April 4th, I will have been doing the Shaklee180 program for a month! Wow, how quickly time flies.
As promised… here is a little vlog post on what I’m eating while doing the Shaklee180 Turnaround Blogger Program. I actually like that you can choose 2 scoops with ingredients, or 3 scoops with milk/soy base. I agree, it’s more fun to make a smoothie, but sometimes we just don’t have the ingredients, and not having the option might lead to cheating!
I love how honest you are in this review! It’s really refreshing. I am with you though, I would have to make smoothies. I am not a big fan of weight loss shakes or protein shakes in milk or water.
