Bam! And just like that we went from 80* to 55* overnight - literally. While I wouldn’t mind the warmer weather sticking around a little longer, I am looking forward to finding more and more excuses to wear sweaters and boots. This sweater is a new acquisition for the Fall, and I’m loving everything about it. The chevron-style pattern, the 3/4-length sleeves, the tassels, the belt which cinches the whole sweater in the perfect position AND the length making skinny denim perfectly acceptable.

My students have begun to comment on how my feet must ache and they are worried I will break an ankle when I wear heels. I laugh and brush it off. But I realized lately I am one of the only teachers who wears heels 4 out of 5 days. Most prefer the ease and simplicity of flats, which I can appreciate but at the same time I like my heels. So until my feet start crying at the end of the day/week, I am going to keep on wearing those heels and loving every second of it.
