Can I state for the record that I am so done with tights! With the number of skirts and dresses I wear in the winter months, I pretty much live in the same dozen pair of tights from the time the weather turns chilly until the flowers begin to sprout. I’m ready for that warm weather now, so that I can retire the tights and let my legs go free. Just sayin!

This red, white, blue dress is one of those I reach for on a day when I am feeling lazy about putting together an outfit and trying to figure out all the coordination of accessories, etc… It’s so comfortable and easy to wear that it doesn’t take much effort. For the winter months it’s simple to throw on a jacket over it, a pair of boots and just go. For the spring and summer it will just be a matter of slipping on the dress, grabbing some sandals and walking out the door. I love simple dresses like that.
