Yay for yesterday’s official start to summer. I love Memorial day weekend for so many reasons - the long weekend, the break from work, the glorious weather, the time spent with family, grilling, patio sitting, beer drinking summer attire - the list goes on and on. This Memorial Day weekend, I pretty much bummed around (except Sunday in which my Seniors graduated and we had a fancy ball to celebrate) in these Cabana Life pants.

Can we talk for a minute about the awesomeness of these pants? I wore them on Friday to school and everyone was in love with them - as was I. They are super comfortable and chic looking. They feel like you are lounging in pajamas, but they don’t look that way, especially once I dressed them up with a pair of boat shoes and a yellow stripped sweater. Later in the summer I am envisioning them with a pair of wedge sandals and a simple t-shirt too.
But they also work at the beach, especially since these lounge pants have 50+ UV protection. They are made in a breathable fabric that won’t leave you feeling hot even as the temperatures heat up.
The same goes for the shirt, which is actually a rashguard. The adorable scallop trim make them so much prettier than the average t-shirt you might want to throw on in the midst of a long beach day. And with 50+ UV protection and breathable fabric, this shirt offers sun protection without making you hot. Plus, it comes in 5 different colors!
What are you up to this summer? Any big plans? Next week I’m heading out of town (only to IN) for an entire month! And you can bet I’m packing these pants for the trip. Oh, and did I mention they don’t wrinkle when folded up? Awesome.
