Skin Hydration with Olay Mists

For years, I have been all about hydrating my hair - conditioning it religiously and avoiding all things that would dry it out. Then at the new year I started paying attention to the amount of water I drink on a daily basis, which made a big difference for my skin. But my latest hydrating obsession are the new Olay Mists - Energizing Mist and Calming Mist.

These mists give your skin a little boost of hydration and a gorgeous healthy glow. I use the Calming Mist at night after washing my face before heading to bed. The Energizing Mist I use each morning after washing my face and before beginning my usual makeup routine. Olay Mists provide an immediate 60% boost in hydration, and strengthens the skin barrier over time thanks to the vitamin B3 complex.

The Calming Mist - my fav of the two - is the perfect end of the day beauty regime. It has both aloe leaf and chamomile to calm dry and tight skin. Aloe vera is known for hydrating skin and chamomile is rich with antioxidants and soothing components. It definitely leaves my skin looking healthy and feeling amazing.

For those of you that need a little jolt to your morning, the Energizing Mist contains vitamin C and bergamot extract, which helps your skin feel revitalized and energized. It is also created with skin-loving niacinamide (aka Vitamin B3).

The other thing I love about these mists is that they hydrate my skin like a moisturizer but they don’t cause me to break out like some cream moisturizers do. I can spray the mist on multiple times a day with only positive results.
