It amazes me how many different items can be made with the same base piece. It’s just a matter of figuring out creative new ways to wear the same item.
I just love how you style things. So creative- you always make me go “I should do that!” Thanks for sharing these past photos. Dancing Branflake recently posted..Apple Pie with a Twist
Aww… thanks! I never think about it being so different, but putting these posts together I realized a single item does have a lot of versatility if we try to work it.
Wow you make this look like a completely different outfit many times over!! I really like it it with the button down knotted over top. Laura recently posted..My first show: Hillary Flowers S/S 2012

OMG, can I marry you? Okay, jk. But seriously, I am loving your blog. You’ve given me (and my 15 y/o fashionista daughter) so many wardrobe stretching ideas here. I think my favorite that I’m looking forward to sharing with her is how you knotted a top over the tank dress. She had a dress code at school that doesn’t allow for staps less then 3″ in width (hellooo, can you say “next to impossible to find”), This will give her so much mileage (and a breather for Dad’s wallet) from what she already has in her closet. You rock! Robyn
Thanks Robyn. Glad to hear you and your daughter are getting some ideas from the blog! Mixing and matching has certainly saved me and my bank account. Have your tried a 30 for 30? I’m going to do one in August so stay tuned for that.

Hmm, don’t know what a “30 for 30” is, but I will check your blog and find out. Thanks.
Googled it. Great idea! I’m going to encourage my daughter to do the 30/30 challenge with me.
