Personally, I’m hoping 2014 is a year filled with travel for me. I have high hopes of making it to a blogger conference this summer (perhaps BlogHer in San Jose) and I’m also putting together plans for a trip abroad (Spain, most likely). While it is not in the plans for this year, someday I would LOVE to visit Paris.

Of all the European cities I haven’t seen, Paris holds the greatest appeal. The Eiffel Tower. The sidewalk cafes. There’s something magical about all the photos I’ve seen of those who have visited.

When I saw this OASAP sweater I knew it was a must! Since it arrived in the mail two weeks again, this sweater has been on constant rotation. It works well with this pencil skirt. As well as straight-legged and wide-legged jeans. The sweater is just my style - oversized while still being fun and stylish.

When styling the sweater, I felt it needed a little cliche French twist with the addition of the scarf. And while tall, flat riding boots are much more weather appropriate, I felt the heeled booties were much more Paris chic.

Do you ever dress according to a theme or place?

It’s certainly a fun sweater - and it gives you something to wear until you get there. Paris is a beautiful city.

I’m a lover of big, oversized sweaters myself. That’s probably the ONLY reason I like Winter is to wear those big, comfy sweaters and it looks like you definitely got a stylish one! I would absolutely love to travel myself, Paris included, someday when I have the funds :)

As for my style, I’m sad to say I don’t really have one. Or I do and just don’t know what to call it yet. LOL

HA I have to agree with you on that. The ONLY reason to really like the winter as an adult is the layers of comfy clothing. Well, that and maybe a great cup of hot chocolate.

Thanks Mary! It’s so true that the scarf really helps add a little extra something. It really helps to finalize the look.
