It’s hard to believe we are 2 weeks into Dressember! 14 whole days of wearing a dress daily for an amazing cause. It’s been a challenge, but I’ll admit it’s less of a challenge than I thought it would be. The only difficult day was Tacky Christmas Sweater day, in which I wore a shark eating Santa sweater from Funky Christmas Jumpers. Luckily, a basic sheath dress is the perfect thing to wear layered over a sweater.

For today’s look I went with a classic piece from Karina Dresses, paired with a new sweater from ShopBop. I am more than a little obsessed with the vegan leather sleeves and hoodie that are part of this sweater’s design. It’s certainly unlike other draping sweaters I’ve seen in stores lately. And this sweater works really well with dresses. I’m sure, after December, it will work really well with denim too.

And can we just take a moment to say this December weather is pretty awesome?! I’ll take 50* December days any year. Sure, the rain is a little bit of a bummer, but rain is so much better than slushy, hard-to-drive-in snow.
