We’re in the midst of the Coachella music festival, and while I’m not there, I’m channeling my inner boho chic persona with this hat from Brooklyn Hat Company. You might remember the amazing wide-brimmed felt floppy hat I wore this winter from the same company. This new summer-ready Coachella Hat is the perfect item for all the sunny days ahead.
This weekend, I went up to Milwaukee on Sunday and saw my sister. Because the day was so nice and the sun was so bright we grabbed drinks at an outdoor patio along the Milwaukee River. My usual sunnies helped keep the glare to a minimum but this hat completed the job. My sister was jealous of it too, trying to convince me to leave it with her when I headed home.
Brooklyn Hat Company’s products are sold in a variety of places, from small boutiques to larger retailers like, Free People, Anthropology, Fred Segal and Urban Outfitters. The hats, which come in both classic and modern styles, work with different personal styles and for a wide range of events.
The mission of Brooklyn Hat Company is pretty great… The company wants “to bring back the days when you tipped your brim with a smile before walking out the door…back to those days in which class, style and that certain panache was an essential standard in every wardrobe, no matter.”
